Under Jo Gilley’s leadership in recent years, Overture has become a growing force in the promo market, upping revenue nearly 50% from 2019 through 2022. Gilley’s perspective on important issues facing the merch market is sought-after and respected – a fact evidenced by her often being quoted by industry media outlets and appearing as a panelist at promo events like The ASI Power Summit.

Gilley has also prioritized numerous sustainability and diversity initiatives at Overture. The firm has engaged in a strategic effort to work with more diverse suppliers and to increase internal staff diversity.
