BIC Graphic Debuts New Logo For Koozie Brand

The Top 40 supplier celebrates the product’s 40th birthday this year.

Top 40 supplier BIC Graphic (asi/40480) has debuted a new logo and updated identity for the Koozie, in honor of the brand’s 40th birthday.

“The Koozie brand is about more than just can koolers, and it’s time our logo reflected that,” Elise Edgerton, senior channel development manager at BIC Graphic NA, said in a press release. “This fresh new look truly represents the Koozie vision – to make it more fun for people when they are together.”

The BIC Graphic NA creative team began working on a new logo concept in 2018, creating a brand mark that better represented the Koozie tone and personality: chill, fun, genuine, novel and dependable. The new logo represents this refreshed identity with a modern typeface accented by the Splash emblem, acting as an exclamation point to emphasize the brand ethos of fun. The new logo also hints at the four seasons because Koozie brand products are meant to be used year-round.

“The best part of the Koozie brand is the positive reaction people have to it,” said David Klatt, BIC Graphic CEO. “Every time I talk about Koozie products, people can’t help but smile as they remember an adventure, party or sporting event that Koozie made better. The 40th birthday is the perfect time to debut a new look for a brand that celebrates life’s best moments.”

The new Koozie logo is now visible on digital applications, and BIC Graphic NA plans to continue rolling out the new branding on marketing materials and products as inventory is replenished over the coming months. As part of the celebration, select best-selling Koozie items are now on special including outdoor gear, drinkware, kooler bags, housewares and more.
