Hoke will be taking over for the retiring James A. “Trae” Hastings III.

Cap America (asi/43792) has announced that David Hoke will be joining the company’s executive leadership team as new chief financial officer. His predecessor, James A. “Trae” Hastings III, has announced he’ll be retiring.

“David joins us at an ideal time as we continue to streamline our processes and optimize our growth momentum,” Mark Gammon, president and COO of Cap America, said in a press release. “He brings extensive experience and expertise in identifying and executing key initiatives which will support the strategic direction of the company. David has a proven track record of aligning resources to drive growth and create value. He will be invaluable to our continuing evolution.”

Hoke has previously held several financial leadership positions including CFO, vice president of finance, vice president of operations and controller for various organizations. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management and his Master of Business Administration with an accounting focus from The University of Akron.

“I think this is an exciting time to join Cap America,” Hoke said. “Cap America’s vision for the future of their company truly impressed me, and I am delighted to help lead the way in achieving those goals.”
