My Brand Promo, Inc. Acquires Top Marketing USA

The combined organization will operate under the My Brand Promo, Inc. name.

St. Louis-based My Brand Promo, Inc. (asi/257837) has announced the acquisition of fellow St. Louis-based distributor Top Marketing USA (345376). The combined organization will operate under the My Brand Promo, Inc. name and be based at the company’s headquarters in St. Louis.

Top Marketing USA has been in business for the past 19 years, providing clients in North America with marketing merchandise, e-commerce and distribution solutions. “We are absolutely thrilled to be joining Joe, Dave and the entire My Brand Promo, Inc. team,” Jon Hodgins, CEO and founder of Top Marketing USA, said in a press release. “Our businesses share like-minded cultures rooted in integrity and customer service. We believe that our organizations, together, will be able to provide enhanced value and service to our entire client base.”

According to Dave Helfrich, co-owner of My Brand Promo, the companies generated a combined $25 million in revenue for 2018. Helfrich estimates that the acquisition will add $3 million to $5 million in revenue for My Brand Promo. He also projects the company’s revenue to reach $25 million to $28 million for 2019.
