StickerYou Offers Eco-Safe Stickers
The recyclable stickers are made of 40% post-consumer recycled PET.
StickerYou (asi/89791) wants to make sustainability stick.
The Toronto-based supplier recently released Eco-Safe stickers, which are made of 40% post-consumer recycled PET.
“We are seeing enormous demand from distributors, their clients and ultimately consumers for environmentally friendly products, so it was natural for us to innovate an eco-safe, die-cut sticker solution,” said Mitchell Ber, reseller manager at StickerYou. “It took over a year of research and development to get our Eco-Safe sticker launched, but the results are well worth it.”
Eco-Safe custom stickers are printed using water-based latex inks, which contain no harmful solvents. They’re recyclable, PVC-free and contain no chlorine or phthalates, according to StickerYou.
“Along with these changes, we’ve taken great care to offer the same level of quality and features as our top-selling Die-Cut stickers,” Ber added. “This includes waterproofing and durability without the need for lamination, fade- and scratch-resistant printing and a matte-textured finish for a sleek final look.”
The stickers are offered in various shapes, sizes and designs and are available with full-color printing at no extra cost.
“We believe our new stickers will make an excellent addition to any environmentally friendly product line or customer e-commerce stores,” said Jinny Lok, director of sales. “Our goal is to continue innovating and offer a growing selection of sustainable products for our partners and customers.”
StickerYou has been in the promotional products industry for more than a decade and has a newly created promo-specific site, PromotedYou.com, for instant quotes and sales tools.
Custom stickers have been a trendy promo item in recent years, with consumers happy to adorn their laptops, water bottles and other belongings with stickers of all shapes and sizes. As with other promo categories, end-users are increasingly looking for more sustainable versions of tried-and-true items, and suppliers are adding more eco-conscious items to their lines, a phenomenon documented on the ASI Promo for the Planet page.
