Top 40 distributor American Solutions for Business (ASB, asi/120075) announces that it has achieved more than 15% growth for its fiscal year ending June 30. Over the past four years, ASB has seen a compound annual growth rate of more than 10%.

“We’ve continued our investment in key vertical markets which has also added to the growth we’ve seen in the past year,” said executive vice president Justin Zavadil in a statement. “That investment serves to diversify our markets and bring new business our way.”

The company credits its promotional products and printing divisions with leading growth during fiscal year 2015-2016. In addition, ASB has successfully retained sales associates and increased the sales force size by about 11%.

In December, ASB acquired Columbus, OH-based Optimum Companies. Based in Glenwood, MN, ASB has a staff of about 300 employees and serves more than 80,000 clients in North America. It ranks 13th on Counselor’s top 40 list of distributors, with estimated revenue of $133.3 million for 2015.
