New Jersey-based distributor Inkwell Global Marketing (asi/231120) has purchased New York City promotional and print firm North American Data Forms (NADF, asi/284594), the companies have announced. Financial terms of the deal, made public this week, were not disclosed. Steven Marder, president of Inkwell, called the acquisition “a great fit.”

Per the agreement, NADF owner Chrissy Mazzolla and her staff will relocate to Inkwell’s Manhattan office by the end of 2017. Until then, NADF will remain at its current location in Staten Island. “We are confident that Inkwell’s experience and client services will enable us to continue to grow our business and offer many other benefits not previously available to us,” said Mazzolla.

Founded in 1993, North American Data Forms offers marketing services to clients in a variety of sectors. Inkwell provides products, uniforms, web stores, fulfillment and other services. Over the years its customers have included AT&T, ADP, Credit Suisse, NYU and Sheraton Hotels.
