Alphabroder Re-Launches North End Brand

New apparel technology and fashion-forward styling features in the collection, the Top 40 supplier says.

Alphabroder (asi/34063), the largest supplier by revenue in the promotional products industry, has re-launched the North End brand in both the U.S. and Canada.

“This Fall launch is one of our largest to date,” said Andrea Routzahn, senior vice president of portfolio and supplier management for alphabroder. “We are very excited to introduce all the new technologies to the iconic North End brand. We built this line for the customer, looking for modern, professional styles that perform and look great.”

According to alphabroder, the launch introduces three new technologies across 16 fashion-forward styles. “The new technologies include UTK SubDown, a synthetic down-alternative insulation fiber as warm as down; UTK CeramiTech, a state-of-the-art thermal regulating technology offering the ultimate in lightweight warmth; and lastly, UTK Hydropel, alphabroder’s proprietary water repellent technology,” the supplier said in a statement. “These three new technologies join alphabroder’s UTK Thermal Komfort Rating System bringing functionality and enhanced value to the brand.”

Additionally, alphabroder’s relaunch includes a new look to the classic Puffer jacket. Dubbed the “Loft Puffer,” it features welded puffer channeling that stretches with the wearer. Meanwhile, a reimagined FLUX 2.0 jacket plays off alphabroder’s Prime Plus FLUX Jacket style and includes UTK HYDROPE and UTK CeramiTech. Also new to the line is a capsule collection of jackets and bags with a digi-camo-inspired reflective print; the offering aims to provide on-trend design with the benefits of being reflective during low light conditions.

Alphabroder’s North End re-launch follows fast on the heels of the Trevose, PA-based company’s announcement that it’s partnering with Puma Sport and Puma Golf.

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $1.64 billion, alphabroder ranked first on Counselor’s latest list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
