ScreenBroidery Hires Two to Leadership Team
The Indiana-based distributorship generated record growth in 2021 and believes the additions of Paul Simonetti and Alec Witham will help accelerate sales expansion this year.
ScreenBroidery (asi/305623) broke a company record for revenue growth in 2021.
Now, the Noblesville, IN-based promo products distributorship is adding new top talent that company leaders believe will help drive another record-breaking year for the business.
ScreenBroidery has named Paul Simonetti to the position of sales and marketing manager. In addition, ScreenBroidery alum Alec Witham has rejoined the team in the role of creative director.
Holding an MBA in marketing from the University of Toledo, Simonetti will oversee the distributorship’s sales and marketing teams. He has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, having most recently worked as senior success account manager at KLaunch, which provides experiential mobile messaging and conversational AI solutions. His past experience also includes time in television sales/marketing.
“We are thrilled to have Paul bringing new ideas and energy to our growing team,” said Tom Rector, founder and CEO of ScreenBroidery. “His leadership will strengthen our teams as we continue to challenge the status quo and create a powerful customer experience.”
Witham spent about six years with ScreenBroidery before working for a year as associative creative director at Great States Corp., which does business as the American Lawn Mower Co. Now, Witham is back with ScreenBroidery in the role of creative director. He holds a BFA in design and visual communications from Ball State University.
“Alec is an incredible asset to have back at ScreenBroidery,” said COO Gabe Peters. “He built the ScreenBroidery brand from the ground up for six years, and we’re excited to see the creative impact he’ll make headed into the future.”
Rector noted that ScreenBroidery experienced record expansion in the past year, ranking No. 23 on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25 list with over 91% in revenue growth in 2021. He added that 2022 revenue is scaling at record pace – something he believes Simonetti and Witham will help accelerate.
