Gabe Peters Promoted to President of ScreenBroidery
Peters has been with the Indiana-headquartered distributorship, which did about $9 million in revenue in 2022, for 10 years.
It’s another step forward for Gabe Peters.
ScreenBroidery (asi/305623), a Noblesville, IN-based distributorship that generated approximately $9 million in revenue in 2022, has promoted Peters to company president.
Peters has been with ScreenBroidery for a decade, having previously held the roles of chief operating officer and vice president. He also remains a partner in the firm, whose clients have included Jim Beam, Ball State University, video game publisher Activision, and software maker Seismic. Peters has personally worked with Fortune 500 customers.
“We have great confidence in Gabe’s ability to lead ScreenBroidery into the future,” said Tom Rector, CEO and founder of the distributorship. “His proven track record of thinking differently and challenging the status quo, combined with his deep industry knowledge, make him the ideal choice for this role.”
Going forward, Peters will lead ScreenBroidery’s service operation departments, which include order management, fulfillment, production and creative. Under his leadership, the company plans to focus on enhancing its service offerings, investing in cutting-edge technology, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to assume the role of president,” said Peters. “This promotion is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire team. I look forward to leading ScreenBroidery into a new era of growth, as we continue to innovate and exceed customer expectations.”
Indeed, ScreenBroidery has ambitious plans, saying it’s a goal to make Counselor’s annual list of the 40 largest distributors in the promotional products industry. “We are confident Gabe’s strategic thinking will propel the company to be a Top 40 distributor within the next five years,” Rector said.
Earlier in 2023, the Indianapolis Business Journal named ScreenBroidery to its Fast 25, a ranking of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Indianapolis area. ScreenBroidery earned the honor based on 140% revenue growth from 2020 through 2022. Rector has said that on a cash basis – what ScreenBroidery collected in 2022 – revenue was $8.32 million. The firm invoiced $9.1 million in the calendar year, he said.
“Overall, I’m expecting 20% to 25% growth this year compared to last year,” Rector told ASI Media, adding in a statement: “With Gabe Peters as president, the company is poised to build upon its legacy of excellence and further solidify its position as a market leader.”
