Top 40 distributor Halo Branded Solutions (asi/356000) announced that Best Impressions, a distributor based in Pawtucket, RI, has affiliated with Halo. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the Best Impressions sales team and administrative staff will now join Halo and will maintain their operations in Rhode Island.

“Our strategy is to partner with powerful, well-positioned regional distributors like Best Impressions,” said Dale Limes, senior vice president of sales for Halo. “I’m confident they will continue to grow with Halo’s client support structure.”

Best Impressions’ Scott Miller said that his company’s new affiliation with Halo will ultimately benefit his client. “Halo’s service platform and marketing support will provide additional value for our customers,” Miller said. “Their philosophy matches our formula for success – a complete dedication to an exceptional customer buying experience.”

Halo Branded Solutions ranks as the sixth-largest distributor in the industry, after reporting 2013 North American ad specialty sales of $196 million, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year.
