Top 40 distributor Proforma (asi/300094) announced this week that a newly-established multi-million-dollar distributor firm has joined Proforma. Scott Dieleman, Melissa Denhof and Chuck Pierson, previously sales representatives with industry distributor Image Builders Marketing (asi/230027), have joined the large distributor firm and will operate their new company as MCS Marketing LLC powered by Proforma.

The new partners bring nearly 50 years of combined marketing experience to their new venture. Prior to their most recent positions, Dieleman owned and operated Scott’s Golf Center retail store for 20 years, Denhof managed a dental office before entering the promotional industry in 1996 and Pierson was in the banking industry for 13 years before focusing on providing marketing solutions.

Proforma ranks as the second-largest distributor in the industry, with 2013 North American ad specialty sales of $348 million, an 8% increase over 2012.
