Showdown Displays Wins Global Award for Service
The Top 40 supplier’s customer success team took home Contact Center World’s 2022 Global Gold honor.
Showdown Displays (asi/87188) has won a global award for the service it provides.
The Brooklyn Center, MN-headquartered Top 40 supplier announced that its customer success team earned the Contact Center World’s 2022 Global Gold Award.
The award distinguishes top-performing customer service groups from around the world.
“We are honored to be recognized for the outstanding efforts of our customer success team,” said Kevin Walsh, president of Showdown Displays and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people.
Walsh continued: “Each and every day they collaborate with our reseller partners, answering questions and providing solutions. Their efforts in creating personal connections deliver remarkable results for both our customers and for the company.”
Showdown Displays noted that this was the 18th-annual celebration of CCW’s awards honoring the most innovative call center solutions and individuals of the past year. The awards recognize superior innovation, outstanding customer experiences, creativity and execution.
The ContactCenterWorld.com awards ceremony took place in Malta on Friday, Dec. 2.
Based on reported 2021 North American promotional products revenue of $71.4 million, Showdown Displays ranked 19th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
