Lisa LeMond Named Head of Global Sales for AIM Smarter

LeMond’s nearly 30 years of industry experience includes extensive time at Top 40 supplier firms.

Lisa LeMond is on to her next promo adventure.

The veteran promotional products sales leader has taken the position of head of global sales at AIM Smarter (asi/522700), an industry distributor network that provides technology tools, business services and benefits to its members.

Going forward, LeMond will focus on driving membership, technology and enterprise sales programs on behalf of AIM in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

LeMond has nearly 30 years of promo industry sales experience. She most recently spent five years as vice president of sales and customer service at IMAGEN Brands (asi/93990), a firm that was a Top 40 supplier before its 2020 acquisition by Top 40 firm Koozie Group (asi/40480).

Prior to her time at IMAGEN, LeMond was a national sales manager at Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887). Before that, she was director of sales for Top 40 supplier Gill Studios (asi/56950). From 1994 to 2012, she served in key sales roles for Koozie Group, which was then known as BIC Graphic. Her BIC positions included national account manager and international account manager.

Founded in 2006, AIM Smarter has more than 2,400 member and affiliate companies in the U.S., U.K. and Canada. Aggregate annual sales volume of members/affiliates is $2 billion. The company’s solutions include order management systems and technology products, such as company stores and a product sourcing platform, as well as marketing tools and creative services. Additionally, AIM Smarter offers order financing, supplier partnerships and networking opportunities.
