The Chicago supplier says it will be unveiling at new line of giftware products at 2024 shows.
Pacesetter (asi/75640) is dropping ‘Awards’ from its name.
The Chicago-based third-generation family-owned company says it has evolved beyond its roots as an awards company and wanted to rebrand to better reflect the broadening of its product mix and commitment to growth and diversification. The supplier says it will be introducing a range of new giftware products that reach beyond the awards market at promotional products industry trade shows in 2024.
“We believe the time is ripe for a change that truly represents the dynamic nature of our company,” says Kamil Dys, senior vice president of sales and marketing. “Our heritage in awards will always be the foundation of our story, but this rebrand reflects our broader mission to provide innovative solutions and products that go beyond the boundaries of traditional recognition.”
Founded in 1982, Pacesetter began with the mission of providing acrylic awards and plaques to the promo market. The supplier, which has appeared twice on Counselor’s Best Places to Work list, has grown from a team of 20 in 10,000 square feet to more than 100 employees in 40,000 square feet. Pacesetter also expanded into crystal, glass, metal, resin and custom awards of various sizes and complexity.
