PromoShop Becomes a Facilisgroup Partner
Facilis says it aims to help the Top 40 firm accelerate growth.
Top 40 distributor PromoShop (asi/300446) is now a Facilisgroup partner.
Facilisgroup, a partnering community and software-as-a-service company for the promotional products industry, brings together more than 200 distributor partners, each of whom have access to preferred suppliers in its network as well as technology solutions the firm provides.
PromoShop, a Los Angeles-headquartered firm celebrating its 25th year in business, is now part of that network.
PromoShop President Memo Kahan, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people, noted that Facilisgroup’s technology platform, Syncore, was a driving factor in his decision to become part of Facilis.
“The key features of creative marketing and sales reporting made Syncore the favorite solution for our entire team,” Kahan said.
Facilisgroup said that it “looks forward to supporting PromoShop’s journey, fostering innovation, and collectively shaping the future of the industry.”
According to U.K.-based parent firm The Pebble Company, Facilisgroup had a strong first six months of 2023. During that time, Facilisgroup revenue grew 18.4% in terms of U.S. dollars and 24.3% in Great British Pounds (GBP).
Based in Missouri, Facilisgroup serves the North American market and transacts in U.S. dollars, but as a firm publicly traded in the United Kingdom, The Pebble Group reports financials to investors in GBP.
Still, the company has noted that the gross value of merchandise transacted through the technology solutions Facilisgroup provides distributors increased by 9% year over year to $688 million through the first six months of 2023. Full-year financials are due out in the first quarter of 2024.
Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $68.2 million, PromoShop ranked 33rd on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
