Mark Shearer and Hillary Scaletta are among the new hires to the Logomark sales team.

“I’m very excited to build on our already robust team with the addition of these talented individuals,” said Logomark Chief Revenue Officer Michael Bistocchi. “The team we are assembling is the strongest I’ve seen in the industry. Their combined knowledge, skills, energy and professionalism are sure to provide our customers with the service they need to help grow their businesses.”

Shearer has about 20 years of experience in the promo products industry. He previously served in sales roles with Top 40 suppliers Gemline (asi/56070), Sweda Company (asi/90305) and Koozie Group (asi/40480). For Logomark, Shearer will be covering the Midwest, which includes Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Godfrey’s region will consist of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. She was previously director of sales and marketing at Houston, TX-based distributorship The Augusta Group. She also gained sales and marketing experience with LabCorp, Lifetouch and Consumer Source Inc.

Scaletta is new to promo. She’ll cover Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Logomark said she “brings a range of marketing experience, having held roles as manager at Beyond the U, a career guidance organization in Chicago, as well as serving as national marketing coordinator at Starwood Retail Partners LLC and digital marketing coordinator at The American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.”

Quintana is the promotion among the group, having already been with Logomark for more than 10 years, holding several roles. To the strategic sales manager position he brings “extensive Logomark product and services knowledge and his superb customer service skills,” the company said.

Frerichs has more than 20 years of experience in the promo products space. She previously founded two distributorships, Awards, Trophies & Treasures and ESTINE Promotional Products, in Santa Clarita, CA.

With reported 2020 North American promotional product revenue of $81.8 million, Logomark ranked 16th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
