New Owner, President at Halls & Company
Patrick Napurski represents the third generation of family ownership at the promo products supplier, known for its IDLine and ActNow Media brands.
Halls & Company (asi/59080), the parent company of IDLine and ActNow Media, has a new president and owner in Patrick Napurski.
Napurski, whose grandfather Chris Johnson founded the Brooklyn Park, MN-based firm, represents the third generation of family ownership.
“We’re excited to pass the baton to the next generation as the company takes its next step in growth,” said Janet Adams, former president and second-generation owner. “Patrick has a great business mind and brings a wealth of experience from multiple industries.”
Founded in 1971 in Johnson’s basement, Halls & Company’s IDLine is known for its wide selection of badges and badge accessories. The firm also provides everything from pins and buttons, to signs and coasters. ActNow Media’s products include mouse pads and counter mats that are printed in full color using Halls & Company’s proprietary technology, executives said.
Napurski plans to expand the company’s product line further. “Expect the same great quality you’ve come to expect from IDLine, with an increase in available products,” he said. “We want to be able to serve our distributors more fully in this changing marketplace.”
Napurski started working for Identification Services part time in 1998. In 2005, he took his first full-time role as a traveling sales representative. “He has since worked in almost every division of the company and has served on the board of directors for the past six years,” the company noted in a statement. Napurski has a business degree from the University of St. Thomas and earned his MBA from Lancaster University in England.
“Keeping the company in the family is a great sense of pride for what has been built and what will continue on,” said Johnson. “Patrick will continue the tradition of quality and service that has always been the foundation of our company.”
