It’s now four in four for TSC Inc.

The Ridgeland, MS-headquartered promotional products distributorship, which does business as The Specialty Company (asi/341203), just made its fourth acquisition since 2021, purchasing Perfect Promotions & More Inc. (asi/293554), a distributor firm headquartered in Apex, NC. Financial terms of the deal between the privately held companies were not released.

Founded in 2002, Perfect Promotions & More has been a family-owned operation, run by the McFaddens.

Stephen McFadden, president of Perfect Promotions and a well-known promo industry podcaster, his latest being the “Branding Banter” podcast, is joining TSC as director of vision and new business. His parents Susan (founder) and Tom, who built the company over a couple of decades, will be involved in the transition as the distributorships integrate, executives told ASI Media.

Notably, TSC is retaining all Perfect Promotions team members and keeping the acquired business’ North Carolina facility with plans to expand the warehousing and fulfillment footprint.

Stephen McFadden said the family business has been growing steadily over the past decade. Still, the firm needed more operational infrastructure and support – like the backing of an organization that could help provide additional services to customers in order to accelerate the next phase of growth, he said. Perfect Promotions & More found that in TSC Inc.

Importantly, the company cultures were a keen fit. “When I met the team at TSC, it was clear our values were in alignment and they too strive to serve their people first,” McFadden shared.

Founded in 1991, TSC Inc. has locations in Mississippi, Texas, Pennsylvania and Missouri. TSC offers warehousing and 3PL services, in-house decoration and what executives described as proprietary technology for creating webstores.

The acquisition of Perfect Promotions & More marked TSC’s fourth acquisition within the last four calendar years. In early 2023, TSC announced the purchase of DVL Enterprises, which was then going to market as MPGTandem. In 2021, TSC acquired Ice Blue Advertising and Lasting Image Promotional Products.
