Ohio-based Boost Engagement, the parent company of distributor Shumsky (asi/326300), has appointed Juli Clark as chief operating officer, the firm has announced. Clark has extensive leadership experience, serving previously in management roles at Cisco and LexisNexis. Most recently, Clark was the senior VP of global renewals and customer retention at Veritas Technologies.
