Kansas-based Resellers Edge (asi/84346) has acquired Missouri-based supplier Mega Fast (asi/70438), the companies have announced. Financial terms of the deal, made public on January 10, were not disclosed.

“We both have the customer-first attitude,” said Mike Baumann, president of Resellers Edge, in speaking about purchasing Mega Fast. Baumann added that Resellers Edge specializes in beverage insulators and the acquisition of Mega Fast “will add a large line of drinkware to its product line.” 

Mega Fast, meanwhile, is known for its free three-day rush service, which will continue, the companies said. “We will be expanding the product line to be a full-service drinkware supplier,” a press release read. 

Going forward, Louis Massaro, VP of Resellers Edge, will lead the sales and marketing teams for both Resellers Edge and Mega Fast. “We see a great value in the Mega Fast line,” Massaro said. “They are best known for the fast service and, of course, Mega Man.”
