Waukesha, WI-based Wild Impact Marketing (asi/360200) has acquired Muskego, WI-based Spectrum Resources. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. With the finalized purchase, Wild Impact now offers expanded services in printed items, promotional products, global sourcing and branding expertise.

“The market continues to rapidly evolve, as does the savviness of our customers,” said Jim Budzinski, president of Wild Impact Marketing and its sourcing services arm Wild Global. “We needed to expand and evolve as well to provide even better solutions. The synergy of our combined portfolio provides our customers with more services, products and expertise, while maintaining the excellent service, deep promotional expertise, quality technology and products we are known for.”

In an interview with Counselor, Budzinski said that both the Waukesha and Muskego locations would remain open and operating under the Wild Impact Marketing brand “for the foreseeable future.” All employees, including management, will remain with the company in their pre-acquisition roles. The company also has plans to hire additional workers in the coming months.

“Over the next year, we will integrate our sales forces in order to offer our combined customer base with a more well-rounded portfolio of services,” Budzinski told Counselor.

Already, Wild Impact Marketing has expanded its customer base, particularly as a result of its expanding sourcing capabilities and expertise. Budzinski estimates that combined revenues for 2017 surpassed $38 million.
