The holidays were happy indeed for Proforma Albrecht & Co.

An affiliate of Top 40 promotional products distributor Proforma (asi/300094), the Milford, OH-based company set a new company record with $6 million in sales for the month of December. The robust revenue tally helped power a 2019 in which Proforma Albrecht & Co. achieved a 19% annual sales rise, reaching a new height of more than $38.5 million in full-year revenue.

“I am so proud of everyone who helped us set this record,” said Suzette Albrecht, president of Proforma Albrecht & Co. “To be a woman who owns her own certified woman-owned business, it is especially rewarding to have our four top sales representatives also be women. I am proud of what our entire team has accomplished.”

Executives at the distributorship said the company engineered its 2019 success through improving business development programs that help sales reps increase sales with existing customers and new prospects. Adding new talent also helped Proforma Albrecht & Co. have a banner year, the company said.

Fred Albrecht, vice president of Proforma Albrecht & Co., thanked the firm’s sales reps, supplier partners, and Proforma’s 220 support center team members for helping make the record-setting a reality. “With this winning combination, it was only a matter of time until we recorded a record month,” he said.

In 2020, the distributorship plans to grow its sales by 20% and acquire more market share, executives said.

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $378.8 million, Proforma ranks sixth on Counselor’s latest list of the largest distributors in the industry.
