Taylor Corporation, already parent company of multiple promo products industry firms, including Top 40 entities, has added another supplier to its roster.

FolderWorks (asi/54908), a supplier that’s part of Navitor (asi/81500), which is itself a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, has acquired fellow supplier Epoly Corporation (asi/52541). Financial terms of the deal were not released.

Headquartered in Naples, FL, Epoly provides custom-imprinted folders, envelopes, folios and other document organization products to the promo market. All of Epoly’s products are manufactured from durable, moisture-resistant and recyclable polypropylene, executives said.

“FolderWorks serves the same marketplace but is focused on paper-based folders and folios,” said Rick Roddis, business unit president for Navitor. “By teaming up with Epoly, FolderWorks can now offer customers an entirely new range of products that provide the durability and weather-resistant performance of polypropylene.”

Epoly Corporation will continue going to market under its own name. Tony Milcarsky, founder of Epoly, will manage the business.

“Navitor’s expertise and resources will assist in the continued growth of the Epoly brand and the alignment with FolderWorks is a perfect fit,” Milcarsky said. “We’re excited about the future.”

Taylor Corporation made at least two other acquisitions to start 2023 in adjacent industry verticals, buying Garland, TX-based Legacy3 Print Media, which binds and finishes printed products, and Acrylic Design Associates of Minneapolis, which makes and merchandises signage, fixtures and architectural elements.
