The publicly traded Top 40 firm noted the just-reported result is unaudited and that an official final tally will be released in March. Sales would be up 16% year over year if the revenue result holds.
Top 40 company 4imprint (asi/197045), the largest distributor in the North American promotional products industry, remains a billion-dollar business.

4imprint noted the number is unaudited, saying that a finalized sales tally will be provided in March. Historically, the firm’s unaudited revenue number is in line with the final.

The company’s unaudited profit before tax in 2023 will be not less than $140 million, up about 35% from 2022 and above the upper end of the current range of stock analysts’ forecasts.
4imprint also has money in hand: Unaudited cash and bank deposits at 2023’s end stood at $105 million, up nearly $20 million from the holdings in place at the conclusion of 2022. 4imprint has made “significant operational progress in 2023, reflecting a clear strategy and a highly resilient business model,” Seekings asserted.

In the Jan. 19 trading update, 4imprint did not provide insight on its 2023 North American sales. The figure will be released in March along with fully finalized financial results.
