Refined product safety protocols, in-depth environmental impact assessments, and practices that aim to lessen carbon footprint have been put into play under Pinkley.

Now, Cap America is recognizing Pinkley’s strong work, promoting him to vice president of compliance.

In the new role, Pinkley’s primary charge is to continue driving the company’s sustainability and compliance initiatives. Genuine sustainability – centered, in part, on lessening operational impact on the planet and bringing to market products made with more eco-friendly materials – has been one of the major mass movements in promo in recent years, driven in part by end-buyer demand.

Pinkley joined Cap America five years ago as a market development manager and was later promoted to director of administration. He’s been exceptional, the company said, at spearheading collaboration across departments and driving operational efficiencies.

Beyond achievements already mentioned, Pinkley has done a stellar job working closely with human resources to build an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, executives said.

“Pinkley's promotion is more than a new chapter in his professional story,” said Gammon. “It signifies Cap America's relentless pursuit of excellence in corporate responsibility and ethical governance.”
