Flywheel Brands Acquires Two Industry Companies
The Tennessee-based distributor says that Dynamic Decals & Promotions and Bespoke Printing were sister businesses that operated in tandem.
Flywheel Brands (asi/212986) is kicking off 2024 with a double acquisition.
The Hixson, TN-based promotional products distributorship has acquired fellow Hixson-headquartered firm Dynamic Decals & Promotions (asi/184668), and its sister company Bespoke Printing. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
“This strategic move marks a significant step toward amplifying both our sales and manufacturing capacities,” said Flywheel President Bart Simpson.
Simpson explained to ASI Media that Dynamic and Bespoke were two separate entities, with Dynamic focusing on sales and Bespoke specializing in production. They operated in tandem as distinct companies. Going forward, both firms will be under the name of Flywheel, which is taking over the marketing, branding and operational aspects of both.
Notably, production will continue at the Dynamic/Bespoke facility, and the former firm’s sales professionals have joined Flywheel. John Langworthy, a former owner of Dynamic and Bespoke, is also coming aboard at Flywheel in a sales role, Simpson shared with ASI Media.

According to a company bio, Dynamic has been in business for about 25 years. It’s operated as a full-service printing firm and a promo distributor, backed by Bespoke. Its specialties include providing portable trade show products/hardware and exhibit management.
Founded in 1981 in a one-car garage as a decal-making business, Flywheel Brands has evolved into a creative marketing agency whose scope of solutions include digital marketing, print, promotional products, graphics and signs. Flywheel is part of Reciprocity Road, an alliance of distributors in the United States and Canada that collectively account for $250 million in annual promo spending.
