Boxercraft Names Dan Robinette VP of Wholesale Division
Robinette was most recently in sales leadership roles at BDA and Summit Group.
A promotional products veteran with executive leadership experience at some of the industry’s largest distributorships is the new vice president of sales for apparel supplier Boxercraft’s (asi/41325) wholesale division.
The Mableton, GA-based firm announced Tuesday that newly appointed VP Dan Robinette will be responsible for overseeing all wholesale revenue – and for increasing sales in the segment, which includes the promo industry. “I am confident in Dan’s ability to grow our business and bring a positive outlook that will elevate customer relations and increase internal efficiency,” says Boxercraft CEO Shelley Foland. Robinette was most recently Senior Director of New Business Development at Top 40 distributor BDA (asi/137616). He served in the position for about two years. Prior to BDA, Robinette was Vice President of New Business Development at Top 40 distributor Summit Group (asi/339116), a role he held from 2012 to 2017. Robinette’s past experience also includes sales leadership roles at Texas-based promo products distributor Harland Clarke (asi/219943).
Robinette, who lettered in football during his days studying business at Iowa State, said he’s excited to get started at Boxercraft, where he aims to leverage his expertise to help bring in new clients, develop business and ultimately grow sales. “Boxercraft fills a great niche for activewear and ladies apparel,” said Robinette.
