Willochell Departs PCNA

Counselor has learned that Sharon Willochell, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 and a former Counselor Supplier Woman of Distinction, is no longer with Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America (asi/78897).

Willochell became president of PCNA’s apparel division in November 2014. Prior to that, she was president of Trimark Powered by Leed’s for about three years, her LinkedIn profile indicates. Willochell was also the long-time chief operating officer for Leed’s, having begun with the supplier firm in 1998. PCNA is the parent company of Leed’s, Bullet, Journal Books and Trimark.

Counselor contacted PCNA and Willochell for comment, but as of this writing, had not received responses.

Along with PCNA President David Nicholson, Willochell was co-ranked as 14th on Counselor’s 2018 Power 50 – a ranking of the most influential people in the industry. In 2012, Willochell earned Counselor’s Supplier Woman of Distinction award. Additionally, Willochell was due to become PPAI’s chairperson of the board in 2020, a role which can only be filled by someone actively working at an industry company.

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $606.3 million, PCNA ranked third on Counselor’s latest list of the largest suppliers in the industry. In February, Polyconcept named Neil Ringel as the company’s new CEO.
