BIC Graphic Partners With ORCA

Outdoor Recreation Company of America creates USA-made, top-quality coolers, BIC says.

Clearwater, FL-based Top 40 supplier BIC Graphic North America (asi/80840) has entered into a new partnership with Outdoor Recreation Company of America (ORCA; asi/75215), a Nashville, TN-based company founded in 2012 known for its USA-made hard-sided coolers.

As part of an initial launch, BIC Graphic will offer five hard-sided ORCA coolers. Available in 11 colors, the coolers range in size from 20 quarts to 75 quarts. The products are the #16139 ORCA® 20 Quart Cooler; #16140 ORCA® 26 Quart Cooler; #16141 ORCA® 40 Quart Cooler; #16142 ORCA® 58 Quart Cooler; and #16143 ORCA® 75 Quart Cooler.

“Adding ORCA’s premium coolers to our assortment is exciting because they deliver on what distributors and end-users want in a great promotional product,” said Malory Schmidt, product manager for bags with BIC Graphic. “They are made in the USA, available in fun and trendy colors, come with a full-color imprint and are built to last, creating endless potential for brand impressions.”

Under ORCA’s hard-sided coolers limited lifetime warranty, ORCA will repair the product or component or provide a replacement product (unimprinted) or component if proven to be defective.

“We’re thrilled to partner with BIC Graphic to launch ORCA into the promotional products market. This partnership will allow us to bring our high-quality, USA-made coolers to distributors nationwide,” said Jay Arnold, director of field sales with ORCA. “We’re confident that ORCA coolers will be a category that brands will be proud to put their name on.”

BIC Graphic began selling ORCA products at the start of June 2020.

The supplier noted that, in addition to durability backed by the warranty, ORCA coolers offer “maximum ice/cold retention” for up to 200 hours thanks to their roto-molded process and integrated insulation. Additional features include a lid gasket to ensure a tight seal, single flex-grip stainless steel handles, easy-flow drainage spout and a standard cargo net attachment for added storage.

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $314.1 million, BIC Graphic North America ranks seventh on Counselor’s latest list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The new list debuts this summer. BIC Graphic has more than 50 brands in its portfolio.
