The Bright Side: IMAGEN Brands Continues 4 Paws for Ability Giveback
Last year, the supplier donated more than $17,000 to the nonprofit that trains highly specialized service dogs.
A giveback program that brought $17,000 to a service-dog training nonprofit last year is continuing strong in 2023.
IMAGEN Brands (asi/93990), part of Top 40 supplier Koozie Group (asi/40480), announced that it is continuing its sponsorship of Xenia, OH-based 4 Paws for Ability through the end of 2023 by donating 1% of stock plush sales to the organization when promotional products distributors use reference code PLUSHGB23.
4 Paws for Ability has placed more than 1,500 highly specialized service dogs with people in need since 1998. Their dogs help veterans, children and other people with autism, diabetes, epilepsy, mobility limitations and other needs.
As part of its ongoing support, IMAGEN Brands was able to sponsor and name a newborn litter of puppies that will be trained as service dogs.
“IMAGEN Brands is delighted to be able to continue its sponsorship of 4 Paws for Ability,” said Lisa LeMond, vice president of sales and customer service at IMAGEN. “The impact that this organization has had on so many people’s lives over the years through the placement of their service dogs is amazing. It’s something that we wanted to continue to be a part of and support in 2023, especially after seeing how successful our sponsorship was in 2022.”

Representatives from 4 Paws for Ability say they’re grateful for IMAGEN’s continued support. “Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by placing life-changing service dogs,” said KaLynn Clark, development director. “This work would not be possible without the generous support of IMAGEN Brands and other companies that give back.”
The nonprofit has noted in the past that it costs between $40,000 and $60,000 to raise, train and place a single service dog, so monetary donations are essential to help cover expenses that include food, equipment, supplies, veterinary care and professional training.
The giveback program, which cannot be combined with other offers, runs through Dec. 31, 2023, and applies to stock plush sales.
IMAGEN isn’t the only supplier helping train service dogs through giveback programs. In April, Top 40 supplier Logomark (asi/67866) announced that it was sponsoring its third service dog through Shelter to Soldier, a nonprofit that trains service dogs for veterans in need.
