Roxana-IL-based supplier Gemini Industries Inc. (asi/56100) has announced the acquisition of Anchor Line, a collection of key tags, air fresheners and other products, from supplier Mocap (asi/71870). Financial terms of the deal, made public this week, were not disclosed.

A spokeswoman for Gemini Industries, which sells under the line names Gemini Line, Magnet Monkey Line and CoolColor Line, told Counselor that Anchor’s similar offerings make it an ideal acquisition for her company. “It’s just a great addition to our products that we already have in house,” said Crystal Duckett, Gemini’s marketing manager. “It was a no-brainer.”

Effective immediately, correspondence and orders for Anchor Line products should be directed to Gemini. Duckett says Gemini is anticipating a smooth transition as Anchor Line’s operations are transferred to Gemini’s Illinois headquarters.
