Alphabroder Once More Offering 24-Hour Turn Times
The Top 40 supplier has brought back a rush-order service, executives said.
Alphabroder (asi/34063) is reintroducing a rush-order service.
The Top 40 supplier is launching a 24-hour turnaround option for orders of hard goods and select other non-apparel products, like towels and beach balls.
“We’re thrilled to offer 24-hour rush service again,” said David Clifton, chief marketing and customer experience officer at alphabroder. “Speed and quality are of the essence, and we can’t wait for our customers to experience these benefits for their business.”
Clifton noted that more than 800 unique hard good styles are eligible for rush service, including those decorated by pad print, screenprint and laser engraving. Decoration is limited to one-color imprint and one print location. Quantity limitations do apply: For instance, on ceramics and umbrellas, 288 pieces are the allowed maximum, while socks are restricted to 500 pairs.
“Any end quantity value over 2,600 pieces is limited to 2,600 pieces,” alphabroder said.
Alphabroder previously offered a 24-hour order turnaround service, however, COVID-era challenges were a factor in affecting that option. Those issues are in the past, executives said. “The time is right to bring back rush-order service,” said Clifton.
Among the other things distributors should know: A $35 net rush charge will be applied to 24-hour turn orders. Purchase order and production-ready artwork must be submitted together to alphabroder’s rush service email address. Complete orders must be submitted before 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to ship on the next business day.
Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of about $2 billion, alphabroder ranked third on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
