Grapevine Designs (asi/212829), an affiliate of A Brand Company, announced it has acquired Kansas City-based distributor CR Promotions. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed. CR President Chris Rosburg and his entire staff will be joining Grapevine and working out of the company’s Lenexa, KS-based offices.

“Although it’s sad to retire the CR Promotions name, our team is thrilled to join forces with Grapevine Designs,” Rosburg said. “We know that with their unique design, marketing, and fulfillment capabilities, Grapevine’s skill sets will have an immediate impact on our ability to help provide unique solutions with a full menu of services to help our customers.”

The acquisition provides Grapevine with new in-house sales and support team members, and will add to the company’s overall client base. “We are very excited to bring Chris Rosburg and his team into Grapevine Designs,” said Janie Gaunce, CEO of Grapevine Designs. “Chris has a wonderful client base and he is poised to leverage the tools we have to help grow his business.” 

Before starting CR Promotions in 2013, Rosburg held director and account executive roles with several organizations, including Front Flip, Groupon and The Kansas City Star.
