Top 40 distributor AIA Corporation (AIA, asi/109480) has named Antony “Tony” West as the company’s vice president of operations. In this new role for AIA, West will lead all aspects of customer experience for AIA owners and OfficeZilla dealers (a subsidiary of AIA), working to create efficient processes to streamline how business owners access and use AIA’s technology and tools.

West has nearly 20 years of experience working in operational excellence, process analysis and improvement. He spent the past eight years with ThedaCare, where he developed and implemented organizational tools, systems and excellence principles for a major health care system in Wisconsin.
