Pop! Promos Names Joél Bastien to SVP Role
Bastien has extensive experience in promo, having previously worked for high-profile industry firms that include alphabroder and AIA Corporation.
Joél Bastien is taking her leadership talents and 25 years of experience in the industry to Pop! Promos (asi/45657), a Philadelphia-based promotional products supplier helmed by Counselor’s 2018 Supplier Entrepreneurs of the Year, Erin Reilly and Sterling Wilson.
Bastien is stepping into the role of consulting senior vice president of business development at Pop! Promos. Her charge is to work directly with the firm’s sales organization to help promote new business development and identify new opportunities, as well as to coach and train the sales team.

Bastien was most recently senior vice president of owner success at AIA Corporation (asi/109480), the 16th largest distributor by revenue in the North American promo products industry.
Prior to that, she was vice president of sales for Top 40 supplier alphabroder’s (asi/34063) Midwest region, which was named 2019 Region of the Year, based on strong performance. Bastien was also a director of strategic accounts at alphabroder between 2013 and 2016.
Before joining the Top 40 supplier, Bastien spent 16 years at Taylor, MI-based distributor Arrow Uniform. There she held positions that included director of administration and vice president of direct sales and marketing.
Bastien is looking forward to inking the next chapter of her career at Pop! Promos.
