PCNA Realigns Management Structure
Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America (PCNA) has announced that it is realigning its management structure next year as part of ongoing efforts to streamline operations.
Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America (PCNA) has announced that it is realigning its management structure next year as part of ongoing efforts to streamline operations. “As we look to the future, our goal is to transform into a new and better PCNA – one that delivers a more seamless and integrated experience for our distributors,” said David Nicholson, president of PCNA. He adds that the restructuring of the management team is another step in that process.
The supplier has named Sharon Willochell as president and Derrick Milne as CEO of PCNA’s apparel division, a move that formally integrates management for Trimark Sportswear (asi/92122) in Canada and Trimark Powered by Leed’s (asi/66888) in the U.S. under one leadership team. The division will manage the Trimark Sportswear, Roots and PUMA brands.
Jeff Brown has been named the president of PCNA’s hard goods division and will be responsible for managing the Leed’s (asi/66887), Bullet (asi/42424) and HumphreyLine (asi/62050) brands. Bob Herzog has been named chief operating officer for PCNA, a role that includes responsibility for customer support and decoration operations for the apparel and hard goods divisions. Herzog will be in charge of PCNA’s Pittsburgh, Miami, Toronto and Kentucky operational centers.
David Grobisen has been named vice president of sales for the apparel and hard goods divisions in the U.S. and Canada. Rick French has been named sales manager for the mid-Atlantic region, Scott Anderson is now the director of sales for the Midwest, Steve Gelernter is the sales manager for the Northeast, and Tim Mason is the sales manager for strategic national accounts.
PCNA’s announcement is just the latest in a number of recent changes at the company. Last month, the supplier launched its online Market Place, housed on www.pcna.com, a tool that allows distributors to search from PCNA brands and several supplier partners, including Evans Manufacturing (asi/52840) and Fey Promotional Products Group (asi/54040). Earlier this month, PCNA announced its acquisition of HumphreyLine.
Counselor ranks PCNA as the third-largest supplier in the industry, after the firm reported 2013 North American ad specialty sales of $472.4 million, a 6.6% year-over-year increase.
