Allegra of Lancaster, PA Acquires Sign Company

Allegra Marketing, Print, Mail (asi/372160) of Lancaster, PA, has purchased Signs by Tomorrow, a custom sign business also located in Lancaster. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. In announcing the acquisition last week, Allegra principles said that enhancing sign and graphics capabilities empowers the company to better serve a diverse and growing client base. All services will operate under one roof at Allegra’s facility.

“Becoming a dual-branded center is a win-win situation for customers of both businesses,” said Stephen Morris, who co-owns Allegra with Joyce Morris. “The combined resources allow us to offer new marketing and outreach opportunities while increasing work flow efficiencies.”

Benjamin Brackney and Wayne Fuhrman, former owners of Signs By Tomorrow, are staying aboard to ensure a smooth transition. Two additional Signs By Tomorrow staff members have moved to the new location.

“Allegra and Signs By Tomorrow share many of the same philosophies when it comes to providing our customers with leading-edge technologies and superior service,” said Morris. “We feel strongly that this change will produce a stronger organization better positioned to serve the Lancaster business community.”

In addition to marketing consultation, copywriting and graphic design services, Allegra provides promotional products, advanced printing technologies, complete finishing services, mailing services, variable data capabilities and print management solutions.
