Top 40 distributor Fully Promoted (asi/384000) has appointed Mike Brugger as president, replacing Joe Loch who is no longer at the firm. Brugger joined United Franchise Group (FP’s parent) in 1994 and opened EmbroidMe’s (FP’s former name) first store in West Palm Beach, FL, in 2000. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations of emerging brands within the organization.
