American Solutions for Business (ASB, asi/120075), the eighth-largest distributor in the North American promotional products industry, recently honored more than 100 individuals and teams within its organization at the firm’s second-annual virtual award ceremony.

“We’re incredibly proud of the American family, and this event was an amazing reflection of that,” said ASB President Justin Zavadil, who co-ranks 10^th with company Founder Larry Zavadil on Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “This last year hasn’t been easy, but I will never cease to be amazed by the resilience, perseverance and collaboration that drives our consistent success here at ASB.”

The Zavadils hosted the virtual ceremony, which saw 95 individuals honored as members of the Million Dollar Clubs. Nearly 90 (88) were recognized as part of the President’s Club. In addition, there were various awards for sales associates and home-office and field employees (27 in total).

Following the ceremony, ASB hosted a virtual social hour in which nearly 100 ASB team members and supplier partners participated. At the home office, members of various ASB teams hosted a watch party for those working in the office.

ASB rose three places to eighth on Counselor’s most recent rankings of the 40 largest distributors in the promo products industry, thanks to 2020 North American promo revenue of $238.3 million. Founded in 1981, the firm is headquartered in Glenwood, MN.
