Over one year and $4.5 million later, LBU Inc. (asi/65952) has finished construction.

Formerly located in Passaic, NJ, the 30-year-old cut-and-sew manufacturer has moved to a new 40,000-square-foot factory, office space and showroom in Paterson, NJ. Nearly doubling the size of its staff to roughly 150 employees, the company takes great pride in boosting its local community, said Jordan Scaduto, sales manager at LBU Inc.

“We’re really investing in the ‘Made in USA’ infrastructure, especially with all the tariffs going on with China,” Scaduto told Counselor.

From start to finish, everything is done under one roof, Scaduto said. Primarily known for producing custom bags, backpacks and accessories, LBU Inc. has increased its design team and amplified its printing capabilities.
