Supplier firm Ads On Magnets (asi/31061) announced this week that it has acquired fellow Colorado-based supplier EVPro LLC (formerly asi/99552). Financial terms of the deal or annual sales volume for either side were not provided. For Ads On Magnets, which is based in Castle Rock, CO, the transaction will give it an expanded product line and enhanced decorating options that it can offer to distributors and its customers.

"This new venture enables us to continue expanding our offerings in the ad specialty market while adding more decorating options for our current and future customers,” said Steve Brown, general manager of Ads On Magnets, in a statement. “We’re committed to bringing the highest quality magnetic products to the market while giving distributors more customization choices for their customers. We’re excited to bring EVPro to into our company.”

Brown said that acquiring the EVPro line of domed magnets and domed decals made sense for his company as it looks to grow its offerings in the industry. “EVPro is a good fit for us,” said Brown. “By acquiring the company, we can provide unparalleled value for our clients and unique opportunities for our ad specialty distributors. We have a lot of work to do to before we can offer this integration but we are shooting for the Q4 timeline.”

EvPro, based in Lakewood, CO, specialized in domed products, which can be described as items that are covered with a clear polyurethane material resembling a bubble. The decorating treatment protects imprints on products and gives them a three-dimensional look. Ads On Magnets, which was founded in 2012, manufactures and distributes a variety of magnets and magnetic products for the ad specialty market.
