Pittsburgh-based supplier Pro Towels (asi/79750) announced it has acquired supplier Neet Feet (asi/73525). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Pro Towels will maintain the Neet Feet brand and is looking to implement the company’s custom logo flip-flops and sandals into gift sets by combining items from Pro Towels’ product lines.

We will be combining our operational capabilities, and, with the enhanced diversity of our product line plus our geographic footprint, we will be able to provide excellence in every way to our distributor partners.”

Neet Feet was founded in 1987 and is based in Oceanside, CA. Neet Feet employees and operations will now be a part of Pro Towels’ Camarillo, CA, office. Kanata Blanket Company (asi/63823), which was acquired by Pro Towels in July of 2015, will also offer the Neet Feet product line to the Canadian market.
