Obituary: Cres Morrison
Cres Morrison, an industry pioneer and a founding member of WRAP/V, the first supplier incentive travel program offered to distributors, passed away on September 13. He passed peacefully after an extended hospital stay due to complications from throat cancer he battled in 2004.
With more than 45 years in the promotional products industry, Morrison held many prominent executive positions with highly recognized writing instrument brands such as Gillette/Paper Mate, Ritepoint/Chromatic, Senator and Klio Eterna. Prior to retiring from the industry in 2016, he worked with Ball and Black LLC (asi/822777, formerly known as Linda Misiorowski and Associates) as a multi-line sales rep and administrator for 10 years.
Morrison is survived by his wife Frances, his four children Cyndi, Sandie (Tom), Doug (Linda), and Ken, his sister Margaret and his brother David.
His funeral mass will be held at St. Clare of Assisi Church (15642 Clayton Road, Ellisville, MO) on September 29 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a celebration of life at Napoli 2 (1054 Town and Country Crossing Drive, Town and Country, MO).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
