Promo Supplier Hospitality Mints Acquired By Texas Firm

El Paso, TX-based Mount Franklin Foods, LLC, has acquired North Carolina-based supplier Hospitality Mints (asi/61820). Financial terms of the recently announced deal were not disclosed.

In business for more than 40 years, Hospitality Mints will continue production in its Boone, NC location. The firm produces mints and candies that are predominantly individually wrapped and customized. Products include butter mints, pastels, peppermints, jellies, ice crystals and more.

Mount Franklin Foods is the parent company of Sunrise Confections, Azar Nut Company and Mount Franklin Nutritionals. For the retail and foodservice industries, the company manufactures a variety of candy and nut products, including gummies, jellies, brittle, organic chocolate, nuts and fruit snacks.
