Top 40 Distributor Fully Promoted Elevates Two Leaders to New Roles
Kurt Tempelmeyer and George Matchak have past experience at other Top 40 firms.
Kurt Tempelmeyer and George Matchak are moving up at Top 40 distributor Fully Promoted (asi/384000).
The Florida-headquartered promo franchising firm, which has locations throughout the United States and a growing presence abroad, has promoted Tempelmeyer to national operations director and Matchak to director of product strategy.
Both industry pros have past experience at other Top 40 promo companies.

In his new position, Matchak is responsible for enterprise-wide processes including technology, logistics, research methods and sales results. He will also facilitate brand sponsorships and provide vendor support for more than 300 Fully Promoted franchises. An Air Force veteran, Matchak’s previous roles at Fully Promoted have included business advisor, support manager and operations manager, the company said.
Overall, Matchak has about 23 years of experience in promo in roles for suppliers and distributors, and in a multi-line rep capacity. He’s been a territory manager for Top 40 supplier Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125), a regional sales director for former Top 40 supplier Sweda before it was acquired by current Top 40 firm SnugZ USA (asi/88060), a business development manager at Top 40 supplier Starline (asi/89320), and customer service/production manager at Proforma Global Sourcing.
Tempelmeyer has been with Fully Promoted for two years. He began as a business advisor and was most recently an operations manager. His work has focused on supporting franchise owners and driving operational excellence, executives said.
In his new role, he’ll spearhead vendor relations, liaise vendor updates with Fully Promoted business advisors, and oversee deal negotiations aimed at benefitting the company and its franchisees. His industry experience includes time as an inside sales representative at Top 40 supplier Gemline (asi/56070).
Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $123.7 million, Fully Promoted ranked 21st on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
