Roland DG was named the world’s leading wide-format printer manufacturer in the durable graphics market for 2015 in a recent report compiled by InfoTrends.

Hirsch International Corp. (asi/14982) has changed its name to Hirsch Solutions Inc., effective immediately. The name change reflects the company’s commitment as a full-solutions provider to apparel decorators of all types and sizes, according to a press release.

Stahls’ (asi/88984) and Universal Laser Systems (ULS) are partnering to open opportunities for laser users in apparel decorators. Nine laser-safe and child-safe CAD-CUT heat-transfer films have been added to the ULS advanced materials database. More will be added to its software in the future.
