The Counselor Top 40 distributor officially commemorated 25 years in business during its annual convention, which took place in tandem with ASI Fort Worth, held from March 29 to 31.

The three-day event, with a “Trailblazers” theme, welcomed more than 200 franchise owners, sales reps, vendors and staff of both Fully Promoted and parent company United Franchise Group (UFG). Fully Promoted President Andrew Titus, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list, kicked off the event with an overview of the company’s year-over-year performance, achievements in 2024 and growth initiatives in 2025.

Ray Titus, CEO of UFG and also a member of the Counselor Power 50, delivered a keynote address to franchisees with strategies for success. Titus established Fully Promoted, formerly called EmbroidMe, in 2000.

“Watching Fully Promoted grow over these past 25 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” said Ray Titus after the event. “The convention wasn’t just about celebrating our past; it was about setting the stage for an even stronger future. I’m incredibly proud of our franchise owners, our team and the culture we’ve built together. The best is yet to come for Fully Promoted, and I can’t wait to see how we continue to raise the bar for our industry.”

The convention also included networking, roundtable sessions, and an awards dinner and ceremony to recognize top franchisees. Among the honorees were:

In addition, Fully Promoted inducted Bill Reilly and Jocelyn Hechtl; Mike, Ed and Kristina Hamsher of Fully Promoted Canton [OH] (asi/384319); and Alex Taggard, Fully Promoted Newton [MA] (asi/384640) into its Hall of Fame.

ASI was named Fully Promoted’s Vendor of the Year during the awards ceremony in part for this new strategic partnership.
