Facilisgroup Hosts Partner Summit in Toronto

The two-day event welcomed suppliers, distributor members and Facilis staff, and included thought sharing, networking and professional development.

Facilisgroup, a software provider/distributor-partnering company for the promotional products industry, recently concluded its two-day Partner Summit in Toronto. The event, with the theme “Beyond Boundaries,” offered thought sharing, networking and professional development opportunities for Facilisgroup distributor members, corporate staff and suppliers.

Attendees gathered for “Beyond Boundaries,” Facilisgroup’s two-day Partner Summit in Toronto, for thought sharing, networking and professional development.

Among the education sessions was “The State of Facilis,” hosted by Chris Lee, CEO of The Pebble Group (parent company of Facilisgroup) and a member of Counselor’s Power 50, along with Chief Product Officer Matthew Cromar, who joined the company in May.

In addition, Frank Carpenito, president of Counselor Top 40 supplier Gemline (asi/56070) and a member of the Power 50, as well as Chris Anderson, CEO of Top 40 supplier HPG (asi/61966) and a fellow Power 50 member, led sessions on sustainability’s impact on the industry and sales opportunities in the sector. Consultant Scott Ritzheimer, CEO of Scale Architects and author of The Founder’s Evolution: Conquering the Journey Every Founder Must Face, hosted a workshop on transformational leadership.

Attendees filled backpacks with school supplies, donated by Top 40 suppliers PCNA (asi/66887) and S&S Activewear (asi/84358), on behalf of the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto.

On behalf of Facilis Cares, Facilisgroup’s charity initiative, attendees raised $13,000 for the Ronald McDonald House in South Central Ontario. A room at the facility will be named in memory of Lennon Wilson, son of Tanner Wilson, senior account manager at Brand Blvd (asi/145124) in St. Catharines, ON, and his wife, Kaitlyn.

Attendees also packed backpacks with school supplies, donated by Top 40 suppliers PCNA (asi/66887) and S&S Activewear (asi/84358), for the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto.

“The unique Facilisgroup approach that brings technology and community together was on full display in Toronto,” said Lee. “The scale and heritage of our distributor and supplier partner relationships shined through. This … made for a great investment of time and energy for all attendees.”
