“This expansion enables us to offer our customers the broadest range of products we’ve ever offered,” said Gemline President/CEO Frank Carpenito, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “Our customers have asked for a more comprehensive selection, and we are proud to deliver with the introduction of Merrimack Hat Co. and Elements Umbrellas.”

Executives said the headwear collection is inspired by New England’s Merrimack Valley, “where hard work, ingenuity and craftsmanship reign supreme.”

Gemline is initially offering headwear in styles that range from trucker hats to dad caps. The headwear can be decorated with heat transfer, embroidery and faux-leather laser-etched patches. Gemline’s introductory offer on the line includes free setup, free UPS ground shipping and EQP pricing for all distributors through Sept. 30, 2024.

As an introductory offer, the supplier is providing free setup and EQP pricing for all distributors through Sept. 30, 2024.

Founded in 1958, Gemline ranks 12th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry, based on 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $151 million. The firm has made brand partnerships, bringing new products to market and sustainability/corporate social responsibility a key part of its strategy.

This spring, the firm reincorporated as a Massachusetts Public Benefit Corporation – a change that requires the company’s board of directors to consider Gemline’s social and environmental mission along with its fiduciary responsibilities.
